Alfred Armand Firato, Jr.
President and CEO
Alfred Armand Firato, Jr. is the founder, President and CEO of Data Research Network, Inc., operating under the brand name of HireSafe.
In 2003 Mr. Firato was one of the Founding Members of the first trade association for the background screening industry, the National Association of Professional background Screeners (NAPBS).
Mr. Firato is a graduate of San Jose State University, and is a licensed California Private Investigator (CA PI #25313). Prior to forming Data Research Network in 1997, Mr. Firato enjoyed an 18 year career with Minolta Corporation as a Senior Account Executive in the Photographic Division. He is the proud father of five daughters and lives with his wife and their child in Elk Grove, CA.
Bo Sepehr
Marketing and IT Director
Mr. Sepehr has over 20 years of sales, marketing and business development management experience and currently serves as Marketing and IT Director for HireSafe, a division of Data Research Network Corporation.
Before joining HireSafe, Mr. Sepehr enjoyed many years of professional experience at Morgan Stanley, Mortgage Investment Lending Associates (MILA) and Lehman Brothers, holding both investment advise and business development management appointments. Prior to that, Mr. Sepehr served as a Research Scientist for Diagnostic Products Corporation and Smith Kline Beacham Laboratories.
Mr. Sepehr is a graduate of the California State University of Northridge in Molecular Biology and is a skilled software and web application developer.
