Alfred Armand Firato, Jr.
President and CEO
Alfred Armand Firato, Jr. is the founder, President and CEO of Data Research Network, Inc., operating under the brand name of HireSafe.
In 2003 Mr. Firato was one of the Founding Members of the first trade association for the background screening industry, the National Association of Professional background Screeners (NAPBS).
Mr. Firato is a graduate of San Jose State University, and is a licensed California Private Investigator (CA PI #25313). Prior to forming Data Research Network in 1997, Mr. Firato enjoyed an 18 year career with Minolta Corporation as a Senior Account Executive in the Photographic Division. He is the proud father of five daughters and lives with his wife and their child in Elk Grove, CA.
Bo Sepehr

Mr. Sepehr serves as the director of technology and marketing for HireSafe. He is also the creator and the lead developer of HireTrak, a division of Data Research Network Corporation.
As the Director of technology, Sepehr provides technology vision, strategy and leadership and is responsible for continuous HireSafe and HireTrak development and managing HireTrak’ information services team. He also oversees network and server hardware, telecommunications, property management software for HireSafe corporate office. HireSafe relies heavily on technology to best serve its clients, and utilizes Sepehr’ leadership and industry expertise to position HireSafe for continued growth.
Mr. Sepehr has a comprehensive background in professional services and corporate marketing for more than 20 years, has led or implemented marketing, business development and communication initiatives to support strategic plans for many well-known organizations including Morgan Stanley, Mortgage Investment Lending Associates (MILA) and Lehman Brother. In his role at HireSafe, he is responsible for implementing the firm's overall marketing strategy and guides the marketing efforts. He also oversees the firm's public and client relations efforts, marketing and business development training programs and marketing communications.
Since 2010 where Mr. Sepehr joined Data Research Network , his high-tech web site initiatives stabilized the company’s presence, increased revenue substantially and improved customer satisfaction.
Mr. Sepehr is a graduate of the California State University of Northridge in Molecular Biology and is a skilled software and web application developer.
