For every employment background search that you initiate, the applicant must be given a copy of Fair Credit Reporting Act and a “Notification of the Intent to Verify”, which we directly to the candidate through our paperless QuickApp format. These forms are also available in Spanish forms are available under a different format where you upload into the body of the report the “Release Authorization” which contains all of the vital information that we need to complete the research. California residents have a similar series of forms in addition to the Federal requirement. Once your account has been established we will send you by email the ordering instructions and passwords to begin your screening process.

Occasionally some states require additional signatures for their driving records or Workers Compensation data.
